Renovation Project

Two identical residential properties, constructed in 1996 and never previously renovated, required a full-scale refurbishment to modernize their appearance and functionality. This project marked my first independent undertaking, where I assumed full responsibility for the end-to-end process, including architectural design, construction management, budget allocation, and project scheduling. My role involved direct collaboration with property owners and oversight of the construction team to ensure efficient execution and adherence to project timelines.
